What if I leave my employer, or my benefit expires?

A key benefit of our platform is seamless continuity of care for employees. 


If your benefit expires, or you’re no longer with the employer that sponsored your benefit, you can still use your account and schedule sessions with your therapist!


Before your benefit end date, please log into your account and enter a "recovery email," which is a personal or non-employer email address. If you are no longer with your employer, or your benefit ends, we will switch your account to this recovery email, and alert you of the change. From there, you will be able to see all of your information in your new account!


Please note, you will be responsible for payment for each session you schedule after your benefit ends or expires. However, therapists on our platform all agree to treat Samata Health clients for $125USD or less per session. You can pay using a credit card, debit card or your HSA/FSA card.
