What happens after an employee uses all of their employer-sponsored therapy sessions? Can they keep working with their therapist?

Yes! A key benefit of our platform is seamless, built-in continuity of care for employees. 

Once an employee completes their last employer-sponsored therapy session on our platform, their account will automatically switch over to our public interface. There, they can continue booking sessions with their therapist as usual & without interruption! 

Employees who’ve completed their full benefit are “grandfathered” into the same heavily discounted rates we offer employers. Employees can pay for these sessions on our platform using their FSA or HSA cards, and may also be able to use their health insurance benefits.
