Why are certain hours gray?

Sometimes, therapists will see "Grayed Out" times in their availability (see below).

This occurs for one of two reasons:

  1. The therapist manually clicked the toggle as they do not want clients booking at that time.
  2. The therapist has a confirmed appointment or appointment request for that time.
    1. If an appointment is scheduled or requested, the platform automatically turns off availability during that hour to ensure folks cannot double book a therapist.

If you are seeing grayed out times but cannot toggle them back on and do not see an appointment request/confirmation, please email the support team!
