How to Send Appointment Invitations (Single or Recurring)

Through the platform, you can invite clients to a single therapy session or a recurring series of sessions. 

First, click "Send Appointment Invitation" on your dashboard.

Then, select the appointment type (recurring or individual). 

Next, fill out the appointment details.

Click "Send Appointment Invitation." Once you do, the platform will confirm the delivery with a pop up (see below).

Next, you will see the appointment under "Pending Appointments" in your dashboard.

Once the client confirms the appointment, you will be notified by the platform and the information will be transferred to "Upcoming Appointments." If the client declines the request, you will find the information in "Expired Appointments."
