For any new appointment requests, the platform will email you & track the notifications in the platform.

Once you click the notification, you will be able to accept or deny the request.

If you accept the request, please send the patient any instructions on joining their next session.

If you deny the request, please reach out to the patient to reschedule!

If you confirm the appointment, you will receive a confirmation & see the upcoming appointment in your dashboard.
