Declining an Appointment Request
Before declining the appointment, please send the client a message on the platform letting them know that unfortunately this time has been filled, but that you'd be happy to meet with them at another time. If your schedule on the platform currently shows all of your availability, you can just ask them to select another time from your schedule.
Otherwise, you can suggest additional availability and add that to the platform once you've agreed upon a day and time with the client (and of course, they'll need to request that appointment for you to confirm).
