Do you provide supervision?

For Therapists with limited licenses, Therapist agrees to maintain a limited license to practice psychotherapy in the License State or License States, and agrees to meet all necessary supervision and other requirements under such limited license (a “Limited License”). Therapist agrees to promptly notify Samata Health and to suspend use of the Platform immediately if Therapist ceases to meet the foregoing requirements for any reason, or is subject to disciplinary action relating to or affecting their License and/or Limited License, as applicable.

In other words, therapists on our platform work in their independent, professional discretion, and are responsible for meeting all requirements under the law and their license when working with clients through our platform. If supervision is requires under your limited license terms, then you would be required to maintain this supervision while working with all clients on our platform.
